No secondary chemicals such as silicone or other substances are added, eliminating the possibility of sample leaching and performance inconsistencies. AdvanTip™ Aerosol Barrier Filter Tip Use filter tips for the ultimate in protection against contamination when working in applications such as PCR®, DNA amplification and sequencing, and other techniques involving the use of vaporous, radioactive, biohazardous or corrosive materials. Our tips use a hydrophobic, polyethylene filter with no DNA inhibitors or sealing additives to make these tips especially safe to use for PCR work.
